Serving the Florida Keys with the personal attention that large firms can't provide. Born and raised in the Keys. Knows the community, knows the water, knows the law.
Cash Malone grew up in Marathon, Florida, the son of a lobster fisherman and a Costa Rican mother who taught him that hard work and honesty were the same thing. He earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and spent several years practicing corporate and maritime litigation at a major Miami firm before returning to the Keys to open a solo practice.
He left big-firm law because he wanted to help the people who needed it most, not the corporations that could afford it least. Today he serves the Key West community from a cottage office off Fleming Street, handling everything from estate planning to criminal defense, maritime disputes to real estate closings.
He still speaks Spanish at the fuel dock and keeps a fishing rod by the back door.
